Interior lease grew out of a simple observation: after a renovation the budget is often gone just as the interior comes up. Instead of settling for cheap, short-lived furniture, we offer a formula where you move into a considered, durable interior at a predictable monthly cost. At the end you choose: extend, buy, or have the interior taken back for reuse.
How it works
Intake and interior plan
We visit the home or office, survey the spaces, listen to how you want to live or work, and produce an interior plan with layout, materials, colours and furniture selection.
Proposal and monthly fee
You receive one clear proposal with a fixed monthly fee, a term of your choosing and a precise description of what is included: furniture, lighting, textiles, styling, delivery and installation.
Delivery and installation
We coordinate suppliers, install everything on the agreed day and hand over the space fully furnished and photographed. Nothing to assemble, nothing to dispose of.
Extend, buy or return
At the end of the term you extend, buy the interior at residual value, or we take it back. Returned pieces are cleaned, repaired and given a second life on a following project.

What does interior lease cost?
The monthly fee depends on floor area, the number of rooms, the quality level chosen and the term. For a fully furnished 120 m² home, the guideline is typically €350 to €750 per month over a 36-month term, including design, delivery and installation. For offices and practice spaces we calculate per workstation. You always receive a quotation with a fixed monthly fee and no hidden costs.

Interior lease is more than a financing formula. Because the furniture stays in our ownership, we have every interest in pieces that last, can be repaired and can be redeployed. So we choose solid timber, re-upholsterable seating, modular storage and timeless forms rather than disposable design. The environmental footprint of your interior drops considerably, without compromising on atmosphere or quality.
